COASTAL SOARING ASSOCIATION is not a business.
We are a social flying club of individuals who share a love of motorless flight, and we are open to everyone.
Our members span a large range of ages and experience. We have fighter pilots, airline pilots, and first-time pilots. We offer flight instruction. The minimum age to solo a glider is 14, and no FAA medical exam is required. We do our best to keep costs low by doing most upkeep ourselves. Members volunteer their time to do everything from flight instruction to changing tires.
We don't keep fixed hours, but you will find us flying most weekend afternoons and many weekdays if the weather is decent. Contact us to check our schedule.
